MAXIMA APP’S CAMPAIGN "WAKE UP AND NOTICE"
1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER

3. CAMPAIGN VENUE
Maxima App’s Wake Up And Notice Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is conducted only in the Maxima App (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
4. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The campaign period is 26.01.2023 - 26.01.2024.
5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
5.1 The Campaign is only valid for private customers who have made a purchase using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the Maxima app more than 30 calendar days ago (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
5.2 During the Campaign period, when making the purchase using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the app, the Customer receives a -5% digital discount coupon (hereinafter referred to as the "Coupon"), which is automatically applied to the next purchase made by the Customer using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the app.
5.3 The Coupon is valid for 8 calendar days from the moment of issue. The discount shown on the Coupon activated on 26.01.2024 can be used until 02.02.2024 (incl.).
5.4 The Customer can receive two Coupons during the Campaign period, the time difference between these must be at least 6 months.
5.5 The discount shown on the Coupon does not apply to the following products and services:
5.5.1 Cigarettes and tobacco;
5.5.2 Lottery tickets;
5.5.3 Gift cards;
5.5.4 Third party services;
5.5.5 Phone calling cards;
5.5.6 Deposit packaging.
5.6 If during the Campaign period the Customer has several coupons in the app that give a discount on the entire shopping cart, the one with the biggest discount will be automatically applied.
5.7 If there is a product in the Customer's shopping cart that is subject to a discount at the time of purchase, the discount will be added to the discount on the Coupon.
5.8 Maxima has the right to terminate the Campaign unilaterally at any time if a fundamental violation and/or abuse of the Campaign Rules has been established, or if circumstances related to force majeure have occurred. Maxima will publish the relevant information about the termination of the Campaign in the Maxima app and on the website.
5.9 The Customer's AITÄH loyalty card may be closed and the Customer may be denied participation in the Campaign if Maxima determines that the Customer has cheated, attempted to achieve a goal in an unfair manner or failed to comply with the Campaign Rules.
6. COMPLAINTS AND THEIR CONSIDERATION
6.1 All claims related to the organization and/or conduct of the Campaign must be sent in writing to the location of the Campaign organizer MAXIMA Eesti OÜ, Aiandi 13/2, Tallinn, or to email@example.com with the keyword “App”.
6.2 Complaints will be reviewed and the New Customer will be answered within 14 days after receiving a written complaint.
6.3 In case of different interpretations of the rules of the campaign, the Estonian text is used.
