The rules of the ‘€1 coupon’ sales campaign of MAXIMA Eesti OÜ
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. The organiser of the campaign is MAXIMA Eesti OÜ (hereinafter ‘MAXIMA’), registry code 10765896, address Aiandi 13/2, 12918 Tallinn, Estonia. The organiser will organise the ‘€1 coupon’ sales campaign (hereinafter ‘the Campaign’) in selected MAXIMA stores and pursuant to the rules described below (hereinafter ‘the Rules').
1.2. A participant in the campaign is a natural person whose shopping basket after deducting discounts and Maxima Money is worth at least 15 euros and who complies with other terms and conditions specified in the rules (hereinafter ‘the Customer’).
1.3. MAXIMA Money – you collect MAXIMA Money every time you use your Aitäh loyalty card to make purchases at MAXIMA stores. In monetary value, 1 Maxima Money equals 1 euro.
1.4. €1 coupon – equal to 1 euro in monetary value.
2. RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1. The €1 coupons will be issued in the Maxima stores listed under clause 2.4 (the coupons are not issued when making purchases in the online store at www.barbora.ee) from 21 May to 27 May 2024.
2.2. The €1 coupons can be used in the Maxima stores listed under clause 2.4 from 21 May to 3 June 2024.
2.3. If you purchase goods for at least 15 euros after deducting the value of any previously received coupons and Maxima Money from the MAXIMA stores listed under clause 2.4 from 21 May to 27 May 2024, you will receive a €1 coupon from the cash register (incl. from self-service and app-based cash registers) after making the payment.
2.4. The campaign will be organised in the following MAXIMA stores (the campaign will not be valid in the Barbora online store):

2.5. The €1 coupons will not be issued and cannot be used for buying tobacco products and products related to tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, or MAXIMA gift cards, or for third party services (mobile communication SIM cards, newspapers and magazines, stamps, photo services, lottery tickets, transport tickets, payment of bills, packaging, etc.).
2.6. The €1 coupons cannot be exchanged, they can only be used to pay for purchases at the MAXIMA stores listed under clause 2.4.
2.7. The €1 coupons can only be used once, but several different coupons can be used together to pay for one purchase. No refunds will be made for partly or fully unused coupons.
2.8. Those who participate in the campaign confirm that they agree with all terms and conditions of the Rules and undertake to follow them.
2.9. MAXIMA may halt the campaign unilaterally (incl. for one single Customer) at any time when a principal violation and (or) abuse of the Rules has been established or in the event of force majeure circumstances. MAXIMA undertakes to publish information about halting the campaign on its website at www.maxima.ee.
2.10. In any issues not regulated by the Rules, MAXIMA may take unilateral decisions proceeding from the applicable legislation and these Rules.
2.11. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
2.12. Any claims related to the organisation and/or execution of the Campaign must be sent to MAXIMA in writing: Aiandi 13/2, 12918 Tallinn. For further information about the campaign, please call +372 800 2121 from 8 a.m. to 17 p.m. on working days or send an e-mail to klienditugi@maxima.ee. Any claims received will be responded to within five working days after receiving the written complaint.
2.13. MAXIMA will process the personal data submitted by the participants in the Campaign for the purposes of organising the Campaign pursuant to the legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
2.14. Participants in the campaign are entitled to receive information from MAXIMA Eesti OÜ about processing of personal data. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to dpo@maxima.ee. 2.15. The rules of this Campaign are drawn up in three languages with the Estonian language version deemed the prevailing and binding one.
